He has a long-standing interest in practitioner research and has published widely on self-directed support, intermediate care, hospital discharge, and carers\u2019 issues. Fraser recently completed Masters degrees in Integrated Service Improvement: Health &amp; Social Care at the University of Edinburgh, and Applied Social Research at the University of Strathclyde.
