In a part time post with IRISS, I am Practitioner in Residence\u00a0 – or the guinea pig (the post is a new one).\u00a0 I am on secondment from East Lothian Council where I spend the other half of\u00a0 my working time as a Senior Practitioner with a Children and Families Team.<\/p>\n
The secondment with IRISS is from March 2014 to March 2015 and the focus is on a research project – Planning in Child Protection – looking at practitioners’\u00a0 views of what makes good, effective, SMART plans to keep children safe.<\/p>\n
