Following the carousel discussions, the participants broke into four groups to pinpoint priorities for action. As each priority is being described the other groups may identify a ‘snap’, ie they have the same or similar idea. When this happens the two ideas are amalgamated. A card with each priority is pinned to the wall and each participant votes by sticking a coloured dot on a card.<\/p>\n
